Spin welding machine

Spin weldingis the use ot high-speed principle ot rotating frictionneat.so that theplas- tic processing material at arelatively high-speed rotation friction Heat to reachthe me -lting point of plastic parts, so that the workpiece contact surfaces producemelting pla -stic, and to promote the use of external pressure So that the upperand lower workpiece shape solidified as a whole to achieve watertight airtight effect.

One. Precautions for operation

  1. Before operating the machine, be sure to read this instruction manual carefully.
    2. Maintenance work must be done in accordance with the maintenance instructions on weekdays to ensure the normal operation and life of the machine.
    3. Attention should be paid to keeping the bed surface of the machine clean and tidy at any time, and tools and sundries should not be placed arbitrarily, so as not to affect the normal operation of the machine.
    4. Due to the high-voltage line in the control box of this machine, please do not disassemble it arbitrarily to avoid accidents.
    5. When using the foot switch, be sure to leave the bottom mold with both hands first, so as not to be crushed by the welding head.
    6. When replacing the welding head, the head must be locked tightly to avoid affecting the poor vibration of the sound wave and causing burning.
    7. After replacing the sonotrode head, the sound wave must be adjusted to ensure the welding quality of the machine.
    8. When the production is over, the power switch and the air pressure source switch must be turned off to avoid accidents.
    9. When operating, do not lift the vibrating machine or the outer cover of the body to prevent high voltage injury.
    10. It is indeed grounded to prevent the accumulation of static electricity.
    11. When operating, place both hands outside the button and do not approach near the welding head to prevent crushing.
    12. When welding large workpieces or embedding plants, wear earplugs or headphones; Sound-absorbing materials can also be used around the body to reduce noise.
    13. Some materials will produce toxic gases when heated, please pay attention to ventilation measures

Second, the description of the body components

  1. Air filter:
Use a 5/16″ air pressure pipe to connect a dry and clean air source to supply the air source power of the machine. [Note]: When the inside is half full, press the bottom button up to remove the water.
    2. Body fixed handle:
Fix the body to the pillars.
    3. Rising slow adjustment screw:
Adjust the rising and buffering speed of the sonotrode (about 10mm at the end of the rising stroke) and rotate clockwise to strengthen the cushioning; and rotate counterclockwise, then the cushioning is reduced.
    4. Descending buffer adjustment screw:
Adjust the cushioning speed of the sonotrode descent (about 10mm at the end of the descending stroke) to rotate clockwise to strengthen the cushioning, and rotate counterclockwise to reduce the buffering.
    5. Body shell:
Accommodating air compressor system parts and control system parts; Such as solenoid valves, cylinders, control panels………… Wait.
    6. Vibrating cylinder:
Accommodates and fixes the vibrator and the transmission sub to connect the sonotrode head, which is pushed by the cylinder, and when the vibrating cylinder fixing screw is relaxed, the direction of the acron and the sonotrode can be turned.
    7. Stop-payment nut:
When there is no working object on the base, it prevents the welding head from contacting the base and causing damage.
    8. Transmission sub:
Connect and fix the vibrator and the sonotrode, and amplify the amplitude of the vibrator and transmit it to the top of the sonotrode.
    9. Sonotrod:
The sonotrode transmits the energy of the ultrasound waves to the workpiece. USUALLY TUNE THE VIBRATION AT 20KH (OR 14.6KHZ) ABOUT 1/2 WAVELENGTH IN LENGTH. Most of the materials are titanium alloys, and aluminum-titanium alloys have good acoustic characteristics and tensile strength. The sound characteristics of aluminum alloys are similar to those of titanium alloys. However, the tensile strength is only 1/2 of that of titanium alloy. The aluminium welding head is prone to leaving oxides on the workpiece, which can be prevented by hard areas or by using heat-proof adhesive film.
[Note]: The sonotrode cannot be arbitrarily modified, otherwise its resonance frequency will be changed, which will easily lead to damage to the vibrator or electrical parts.
    10. Pillar: located behind the base to support the body. If necessary, the screws behind the base can be relaxed to rotate the direction of the body to adapt to the special working object.
    11. a pedestal:
As a working plane, there are 12 screw holes (M8P1.25) to secure the working base.
    12. Pressure gauge:
Gauge 1 showing the pressure applied to the workpiece by the sonotrode is displayed. Displays the relative relationship between the gauge pressure and the actual pressure.
    13. Voltage regulator:
Adjust the pressure of the air supply entering the cylinder.
[Note]: Before adjusting, please dial out the red collar, and after adjustment, press it in to calm down.
    14. Delay timer:
Set the time from when the vibrator begins to descend to the time when the ultrasound begins to emit. Usually, the descent speed and cushioning are matched to the moment when the sonotrode first comes into contact with the operation, and the ultrasound begins to emit.
    15. Welding timer:
The time at which the ultrasound is emitted.
    16. Curing timer:
The time between the cessation of the ultrasound wave and the start of the oscillator’s ascent. During this time, the plastic tends to solidify from a molten state, and the pressure must still be applied to the workpiece.
    17. Selector switch:
    a. Manual operation:
When both hands enter and press the two operating hand pressure buttons, the sonotrode will descend with the vibrating cylinder, and stay until the emergency rise button is lowered, and the sonotrode will rise with the vibrating cylinder.
    b. Automatic timing operation:
When both hands are pressed at the same time
